"Both were in quarantine for five days."


Lao Agarwal said the two men who were diagnosed with Omicron infection came from South Africa and showed minor symptoms.




"They both came to India from South Africa and have been in quarantine since November 27," an official told BBC Hindi's Imran Qureshi.


The official said that after tracing their contacts, the samples have been sent for investigation and the results of these samples are expected soon.
